Great GF Holiday Giveaway 2012
Hope you had a fabulous weekend celebrating whatever it was you celebrate in your household! My family had a nice, intimate Easter dinner and topped it off with some Gluten-Free chocolate cake (courtesy of Better Batter who sent me samples to try out for special moments like celebrating a belated birthday). Otherwise, it’s back on the wagon…know what I mean?

With the summer coming up and those BBQs at bay, it’s nice to be able to have things around in your freezer so that you too can feel a part of the crowd, enjoying the festivities of the summer.
Plus, you probably are already aware that if your family uses a toaster with regular wheat bread, you’ve got to have one totally separate for yourself so as not to contaminate your food. That’s why this lovely little toaster will come in handy, right?

Rudi’s is the first GF bread I tried when first going gluten free and still stands the test against so many others. 🙂
