Take Care of Yourself – Fall Giveaway
Hi friends!
Happy holidays! Though it hasn’t quite hit me yet that the holidays are almost upon us, I wanted to take this opportunity to give back to those of you who are fans of Gluten Free School, taking part in the classes here, sharing our information and being active members of the community.
As you may have seen, over the past few months I’ve accumulated well over $200 in coupons from various companies offering gluten-free products and foods. I travel to conventions and meetings and regularly meet with food industry people who are always hoping to share their wares. And though everyone’s goodies aren’t always up to my personal healthy gluten-free standards, it doesn’t mean that you can’t somehow benefit, right? Right!
Now I know that gluten-free products can be quick expensive (here’s a good resource why that it). Remember that I am constantly offering ways to help you save money without losing taste and healthfulness. The GF Freezer Guide is a great example of just how to do that!
After polling my Facebook page to see if there was even any interest in someone taking these coupons off my hands, I came to realize that there is an awful lot of you who could use some coupon-love this holiday season. So, I came up with the “Great GF Holiday Giveaway of 2012” last night!
Here’s the deal:
Each day a new and more valuable block of coupons will be up for grabs. I can’t go through and tell you what is in each of them because I have way too many coupons to deal with in the first place. So, if you want the block, then go for it! You can enter multiple days and win even more for yourself.
The giveaway will happen primarily over on Facebook. Each morning at 9 am ET, I’ll post a question for you to answer. You must LIKE and comment on the post in order to be entered to win. I’ll pick the winner at the end of each day at 8 pm ET (to give my west coast friends time to enter).
The rules to win are, you must:
1) Get on my newsletter list. If not, put your name and email in the boxes right now.
2) LIKE Gluten Free School on Facebook.
3) Leave a comment below to let me know that you’re on my email list and that you LIKE Gluten Free School on Facebook. (You only have to do this once!)
4) Live in the 50 US States to be eligible to use the coupons.
