On 3th month of gluten free. Have chronic migraines an 60 lbs overweight. Just knowing I couldn’t have bread I started making my own-bad idea. No need for explanations. Now I have taken myself off dairy, soy, corn, peanuts & eggs because of allergies an I’m still after 7 days not feeling any results, HELP!!!!
Nita, if I were you… I’d veer more toward Paleo minus the eggs. That’s what my diet generally is and I don’t feel deprived. Plus it’s naturally lacking the foods you can’t eat.
