Hands down, I’d say avocados.
I actually never like avocados as a kid because I wasn’t exposed to them and thought that they were, well… weird. But over the past 15 years, I’ve come to totally love avocados and every variation that I’ve had of them.

I personally have been buying products from Wholly Guacamole since I first won a contest online for a year’s supply of their stuff about 2 years ago and have continued to buy it ever since. Though I do make a really incredible guacamole, having this stuff on hand is perfect for super busy weeks.
Not only was I won over by the quality of their products, but it felt like they were reading my mind as they released 100 calorie single-serving packets and then some really awesome salsa.
I use Wholly Guacamole products to top off my lettuce wraps, salads, soups, meats and fish. Or as a dip for veggies when I’m in need of a mid-day snack. It totally hits the spot without all the junk and added sugar typically in gluten-free food products.
Here’s a few recipes that you can easily incorporate in some guac:
Be aware that there aren’t any preservatives in these products (which is awesome) because the company uses “High Pressure Processing or HPP technology.” This allows the guac to be preserved “through the use of high-pressure water rather than with heat or chemicals.”
The company is incredibly concerned about sustainability and there are a number of reports you can check out on their site documenting how they go about making this a priority. In fact, you can recycle every part of their packaging!
Wholly Guacamole and Wholly Salsa product lines are gluten-free, kosher, and do not contain the “Big 8 Allergens” – milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans. Be aware if corn is an issue for you, Wholly Salsa product flavors of Red Pepper Mango, Pineapple and Roasted Tomato contain cornstarch. If you’re looking for organic, Wholly Guacamole does offer an organic variety as well.

I eat them every way possible. But my current thing is to chop into chunks. Dip in egg and coconut flour and fry in coconut oil. Yummo!!!!

One way I love guac? Really? There are a million ways I love guac! On a taco, on a salad, on scrambled eggs, guac “deviled” eggs, on a baked potato, need I go on????? Wholly gauc is great because unlike other store bought guacs, you can dress it up if you want – add lemon, more garlic, onions, cilantro, cumin – you get the idea.
I LOVE gaucamole!! I’m a plain jane when it comes to what I put in mine…avocados are naturally so tasty – tomato, salt and pepper and I’m ready to start dipping my tortilla chips in them! 🙂

Since my childhood, I enjoy eating a piece of French gluten-free bread with avocado instead of butter. I like to cut off about 6″ of the tip, remove part of the soft insides and put as much avocado as I can fit in the bread.
Love adding guac to my salads. My favorite is in my shrimp tostada salad.
My favorite way to use Wholly Guacamole is in Taco Bowls. I use quinoa as a base in a bowl and layer it with black beans that I season myself, add other vegetables such as peppers, onions, and sometimes corn. Top with salsa and GUACAMOLE for that added touch.
I LOVE guacamole at most anytime, with most anything but my most favorite is the simplest……w/ black bean chips!
My favorite way to eat avocado is with a spoon right after I cut it open! No need to dip or smash, just delicious, fresh avocado!

LOVE avocados and guacamole. When I lived in Chile, I learned to eat a half of avocado right out of the shell with a spoon! Also learned to enjoy smashed avocado on toast and even on hot dogs! But my favorite way to eat avocado is as guacamole with chips and salsa–soo yummy!
