A fun way to enjoy the summer BBQ season! This burger salad recipe is a healthy alternative when you don’t have gluten-free buns available or you simply would rather eat something with fewer carbs. This salad is very versatile and fresh!
Allow burger to cool a bit so that it’s not too hot, then cut into 4 or 5 slices. Then cut the opposite direction 4 or 5 times so that you have bite-sized pieces.
Add salad ingredients to a bowl leaving the burger (and optional cheese) until the end.
Add all Dressing ingredients to a small bowl and combine well with a fork.
Pour dressing over the salad and mix well to coat everything when you are ready to eat.
