  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients (oats, almond flour, flax) in large bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients (cashew butter, maple syrup, avocado oil, vanilla extract), cinnamon, and sea salt in a pan over low heat. Keep stirring until it’s liquid and thin enough to properly cover the dry ingredients. If it is not thin enough, add a tablespoon of water at a time until it is thin enough.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over top of the dry ingredients and combine it.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the mixture out.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes. Take out of the oven, flip granola over as best as you can, and then bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove granola from oven and allow to completely cool before handling it.
  8. Mix in the raisins.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
