Gluten-Free Avocado Sushi
If you like sushi and assume that it’s gluten-free, you might be saddened to know that there’s a good chance that you’ll get glutened from eating it out at a restaurant.
  1. Combine vinegar, sugar and rice in a bowl and mix.
  2. Place nori sheet on a flat surface and spread rice over sheet in thin layer, leaving an inch on the left-hand side uncovered. Lay avocado slices down the right side of the roll.
  3. Starting from the right, roll the nori sheet as tight as possible without ripping. Use a little bit of water and wet the extra nori on the left-hand side to seal the roll. Cut roll in 1″ sections.
  4. Makes 1 roll (about 6 to 8 slices).
  5. Enjoy sushi with GF tamari, Bragg’s Aminos or Coconut Aminos!
