Greens & Sprouts Gluten Free Melt
Do you ever get tired of chopping everything? I do. And then there are moments when I just need to cut down on prep time. Well, this is my solution to a gluten free salsa recipe. And boy, is it super easy and delicious!
It goes great paired with some yummy guacamole or you can top chicken soup with it for an added flair. (If you’re looking for one without nightshades, check out my peach salsa recipe!)
Plus, making your own salsa guarantees that you won’t have to worry about any gluten contamination from additives or other junk. Use this to dip some GF tortilla chips, top some grilled veggies or meat or store in the fridge and use instead of ketchup for a lower sugar topping.

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
- You could easily add leaves of cilantro and a jalapeño pepper if you wanted. The point is you can let the food processor do the work so long as you’ve just chunked the veggie to a size that will fit in the bowl.
