Vegan Chocolate Cream (in less than 5 minutes)
This yummy cream will delight your palette and satisfy that craving for chocolate ice cream, but there’s no dairy involved in case it makes your stomach do unhappy flips.

  1. Open the coconut cream can and put all of the contents (including the liquid) into a bowl and combine with a spoon. Try to break up all of the small coconut and cocoa lumps. Use a handmixer if you want it perfectly lump-free
  2. Serve immediately OR if you’d like it to be a firmer, more ice cream-like consistency, place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, toasted shredded coconut or whatever you like with chocolate ice cream.
  4. Store leftovers in a container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
