If you like sushi and assume that it’s gluten-free, you might be saddened to know that there’s a good chance that you’ll get glutened from eating it out at a restaurant.
Combine vinegar, sugar and rice in a bowl and mix.
Place nori sheet on a flat surface and spread rice over sheet in thin layer, leaving an inch on the left-hand side uncovered. Lay avocado slices down the right side of the roll.
Starting from the right, roll the nori sheet as tight as possible without ripping. Use a little bit of water and wet the extra nori on the left-hand side to seal the roll. Cut roll in 1″ sections.
Makes 1 roll (about 6 to 8 slices).
