"Benefits of Sprouted Foods" Master Class with Esha Ray

keep getting glutened

“Benefits of Sprouted Foods” with TrüRoots co-owner Esha Ray

Perhaps you’ve heard that sprouts are good for you – and they are – but do you know why?

Most people don’t.  The best guess my clients muster is that they’re low in calories which is true, but not exactly hitting the nail on the head.

Plus there’s a whole variety of sprouted gluten-free grains and legumes out there that you can buy and cook with.  I honestly wasn’t sure what the deal with them was and how you were to prepare them since they look nearly identical to their non-sprouted counterparts.

That’s why I sat down with sprouting expert Esha Ray, co-owner of TrüRoots, to get a better grasp on why I (and you) should buy sprouts as well as sprouted foods.  What I came to learn from Esha really shocked me… as it turns out that sprouted gluten-free grains and legumes are actually MORE nutritious than the ones that were not sprouted.  And after cooking some of the TrüRoots Sprouted Quinoa, I love it even more than the non-sprouted variety!

Listen in to learn why!
