Ingredients
- 3 Large Sweet apples Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oli (Or butter or ghee)
- Few Dashes sea salt
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Dashes Cardamom (Optional)
- Low sugar granola (I use KIND Snacks granola because it's GF and low in sugar)

Instructions
- Heat EVOO over medium heat in a sauté pan for a few minutes. Add apples and spices and sauté everything for about 5 minutes or until apples become soft. Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Pour apples into your dish of choice and sprinkle with granola to cover the top evenly when you're ready to eat. Enjoy!
- Note that you can save the sautéed apples and add them to yogurt or have them as a snack. They reheat well and are very versatile.
