I’m so pleased to finally release my interview with Dr. William Davis, author of Wheat Belly and cardiologist extraordinaire, to the public. The response to this class was quite overwhelming since Dr. Davis offer a tremendous amount of information about the negative effects of a ‘new breed’ of wheat that no one else is talking about.
The class is filled with information that goes beyond the ‘standard’ gluten issues in which many of us in the gluten-free community are well-versed. He talks about the serious long-term effects of wheat that manifest in the physical body like cancer, heart disease, diabetes. So if you cheat (which will most likely be with a wheat product), you’re increasing some pretty serious health risks.
